Need to know the interest in this event.
 
 
I have noticed a slight decline in site usage this past 6 months so large events will be questioned first..
 
On your reply, suggest a month and if you wish to organize this event.
 
Aug 14 date will be checked for availability. 
 
Swap meet, BBQ, meet and greet, games, raffles... are all possible.

I would prefer June 4 & would attend 100%

The 4th may be too close to get everything in order. I am too busy till I get back on the 24th. Will only give me 12 days to get organized. July, Aug, Sept..... give me your opinion.

July 23 and 30 no good as I'll be away

This is a great event to get to know each other and get new ideas for your truck. There must be more interest?

I cant do June 4 as the FIMS event in Oakland NJ is on that day and i am already booked in my room etc.
Hope you settle on a different date. I missed last year!!
I am good for any other dates beyond june 4.

Would attend this event this year. July or Aug I think would work well

If the event is before June 24 or after July 13, then I will try my best to attend. I have already attended the Airport Meet since the summer of 2012, it has always been a great event.
 
Probably the club should organize a casual coffee meet in GTA area in addition to the Airport Meet.
