Ok, this am I take wife to work in her truck as we're going down a hill, i notice when I touch brakes (even super light) they squeal ,., it only happened at first when I put any brake pressure , pads still look nice and rotors seems smooth...

To describe sound ,basicly like this you tube I found

<a data-ipb='nomediaparse' href='https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gnr0JVbOLHw' class="bbc_url" title="External link">https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gnr0JVbOLHw</a>

Then on the way hom she was making the squealing noise , with out brakes applied. .kinda like they were slightly pressed,.

I let sit for a bit and seems quieter but still there.

Can/do h2 brake glaze?

I have not experienced this.  My first thought would be some debris between the caliper and pad.

Well turns out you're exactly right basically I was driving down the road and the squeel is almost embarrassing, and after a couple days it was getting louder (sometimes go quieter) but always a little (not normal squeal) and louder and all of a sudden she went loud and just stopped no more noise and now it's perfect again...lol I even went to a wash and sprayed brakes hard and got worst (louder) so didn't think was mechanical...

Ya a cruise down hwy, got loud then went quiet and been great last 50kms.....

I hope was debris and this isnt the. (Eye of the storm) hehhe

Hey Monk,

This happens from time to time with some semi-metallic brake pads. If one of the metal flakes in the brake material happens to be at he wrong angle in the blend you will get that squealing sound. Now that it is gone I doubt it will come back.
