On the hunt for red october, and the cause of tire pressure loss in front tires- went through the hummerknowledge tips for CTIS leak repair and found a leak on the front spindle passenger side.  Ended up plugging of both front CTIS lines at the spindle and installing a 1/4" tank valve (brass valve stem) at each front wheel for now.  Also figured while i am under the hood might as well check the CTIS manifold, seen a little air leak under the center solenoid so pulled it up and had a look, two little O-rings, about 17mm diameter, 1.9mm thick, so figure not a standard size, probably P series nitrile o ring.  Also the front solenoid had an oring the back didn't, front one was pooched anyway, looks like someone stuffed a standard size o ring in there. 
 
Anyway, wondering if anyone has the correct sized o rings for the CTIS manifold.
 
Next I am going to try rebuilding the CTIS fittings, if I can find the correct P8 nitrile o rings as per hummerknowledge
 
 

ok so found the 016 orings may work in the solenoids, and for the CTIS fittings instead of P8 as hummer knowledge website suggests I am having good luck with 011 and 015, there is another oring inside the fitting that is neither metric or standard, so going to search so more for that one specifically.  But after cleaning, lubricating, and changing what o-rings i can, the CTIS fittings are no longer leaking.
 
Not sure if anyone has the same issue but at -20 and colder my system seems to lose air a lot quicker.  I wound like to check for leaks at -20 to -30 but the damn soapy water turns to ice too quickly.. LOL>.
