Annual T.O. Meet --- Airport Meet

This event has been great at the airport lounge. However, red tape will always get thing to be a problem.
This year, we are looking for a place and person to have this meet. It can be at a local business, or a personel home.
Washrooms are needed, bbq or food vendor is nice, and a set date.
Whom wants to be the first to put this event on in their ideal spot. The event started out as an early May event and has
last been in Aug.
As members, it would be nice to step forward and get involved with event planning in your local area.

Where you located Polar? I'm just east of Peterborough. Have 25 acres and a 2 acre swimming pond. Only minor problem is selling my house soon but probably just going to put my house up for a 10 day power viewing and then take offers mid may. After that should be good for 4-8 weeks or so.

I am in Quebec. My property is 90 acres and I have trails of all flavors! I am very close to Lancaster Ontario but in southwest Quebec.

Sounds like a great place for a meet but a long drive from Toronto...
Maddogz, where are you located, could be a good last opportunity to enjoy your land with fellow Hummer folks? :-)

I'm just west of Norwood, about half a km north of hwy 7. 22km east of hwy 115/peterborough. The street is 5th line Asphodel.

I've seen some car enthusiasts gather at the Mohawk horserace track off 401/Guelph line. I'll inquire there to see what's involved in setting up a meet there in the parking lot and we can grab a bite at local restaurant in the area.
Would that be convenient area to gather?
