Is AM generals just a threaded short rod with a flat disc glued to a rubber round 3/4 piece?

Like I have a passenger side headlight light wobbling a bit and after inspecting I seen the bottom rod/disc piece came off the rubber isolator

Just for now, I put a fatter screw in from the back to the rubber isolator, lol holds good, (till I get some proper ones off Roy's later)

But seems those suckas on my truck aren't the best quality,....

I'm not sure if mine were some China item, or what....

To picture it, it's like 1/2" long rod welded to a quarter size steel disc then glued (guessing) to a (3/4 deep by 1-1/4" ) round rubber and opposite side same disc then rod

I guess I just figured that the steel would be imbedded more into the rubber

MIne were boned and the rubber separated when I tried to get them apart a couple years ago. Many years of unlubricated service.....

yrs they are a weak point on the air compressor and headlights. But, I keep them in stock in case you want to fix that wobblie eye thing.
