Ctis leak fixed

I had a leaky hub seal, and pickup'd some from Roy's shop.

It made a big difference , but still I was losing say 2-3 lbs nightly.

Soooooooo, 2 spray soap bottles later and lots of spraying.

I replace both my ctis braided lines as they were bad.

So after more spraying , I found a leak right at the deflate valve stem. Leaked through the threads.

I first clean the valves and all the things that move inside it and somehow it still leaked.

Then there was a little rubber flat o-ring that's on the top of the valve that it took off clean the heck of it and finally I can honestly say I have 0 leak so far the week later.

Wow impressive Monk. Mine have always leaked a bit and hub seals, hoses, overhauling the SOVs didn’t totally stop it. Think it may be somewhere in the gauge system or a quick connection on one of the wheels.

It’s minor though so I don’t worry about it. It loses about 15 pound in a month sitting in the garage. Most out of the back... hmm that gives me an idea

Glad you finally got 0 leaks. Not many of us can say that about their H1 CTIS.

Problem is, lol I was on a mission to figure this out, haha

I sprayed every possible spot and sat there and watched, but ya that black seal ring must of had minor dust on it,

Soon as she was cleaned , bam zero loss. Not sure for how long but ya I always lost a bit of air,.and that's why I went on my mission hehe
