BOUGHT A SET OF HID''S FROM XENON. MY MECHANIC HAS DONE THIS BEFORE ON HIS OWN CAR. SHUDDA BEEN A QUICK JOB. WE FOLLOWED THE CRAPPY WIRING DIAGRAM AND STILL CANT GET IT TO LIGHT UP. THEIR CHAT LINE TOLD US TO REVERSE THE POLARITY BUT THAT DIDNT WORK EITHER. YOU COULD HEAR THE LIGHTS "CLICKING" AS THE CURRENT WENT HTROUGH THE SET-UP BUT STILL NO GO. .....ANY IDEAS????? HERE'S A COPY OF WHAT THESYSTEM IS.

Sounds like faulty lights to me. I put a couple HIDs on my H1 and it was plug and play, but were far more expensive. I've not heard of this problem before. If the vendor has no other advice, maybe send them back. Perhaps someone here has had a similar experience and can point you in the right direction.

Sucks when lighting doesn't work as advertized.

If it is clicking but not lighting the problem is in the ballast or lights, I would send them back! I have had this happen before.

I actually would suggest this kit for your H3;
