You may find that the paint on the rear lower quarter panel is peeling. This is caused by the rear bumper end-cap seal contacting the panel.

Refinish the panel and install plastic extrusions strip.

•Remove the spare tire latch.

•Remove the bumper cover.

•Remove the 10 mm bolt in the wheelhouse liner and move the liner to gain access to the park lamp in the bumper cap.

•Remove the parking lamp wire harness and the two 10 mm nuts from the parking lamp.

•Remove the push pin from the bumper corner cap.

•Remove the bumper corner cap.

•Remove the parking lamp from the corner cap.

•Remove the pencil brace and metal bumper filler

install part number 25979687 (left)

install part number 25979686 (right)

Call Steve at (905)455-8888 to order the part and/or to get the repair done. Cheers

On H3's check in Jack storage bay (rear door) for signs of rust ( ours is very badly painted ) and notify dealer or use rust paint. also on crossmember about mid truck Easy if truck is on hoist keep it painted and save the frame especially if you run alot off road. Yeah its usually waranty but still makes your truck last longer.
