steering stabilizer

Has anyone changed out their steering stabilizer shock? if so what worked and what didn't, I would like to change out my front end parts for a bit more strength, like Tie Rods, Pitman Arm, Upper and lower ball joints, idler arm, etc.. looking for what you have found that works and well what is not so good..lets learn from one another..
