Finally Got My Scangauge Mounted

Post by 98hmc4 »

I finally had time to cut a mounting block out of wood and paint it black. I then used silicone to hold it to the dash. Then I used Velcro tape to hold the scangauge on. I attached a few pics, sorry there not the best pics, I used my cell to take them.

I bought it used from someone from the TDI Club forum. I like it alot. Anyhing it displays is more accurate then the factory gauges. I can also see tranny temp and some other things. It also displays fuel mileage and kms to tank empty.

Too bad it won't work on your truck. I think ODB11 came out in 1998 and that is what this works on. <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ngHead.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':banghead:' />
