Backup cameras location on H1

For All those H1 owners that have installed a backup camera, can you share your setup, location of camera, how you wired it up, etc and of course.... PHOTOS!!
I want to install of course and not sure which way to go, TOM has a great setup on his but I would like to see what others have done and tried...

ive seen some decent pics on hummer knowledge base - it all depends what kind of camera you got....
