Factory Registration Form For your H1

Post by dwaxman1 »

CHC and Am General have been working together to put a process in place that will allow the current owners of H1s to be registered with AM General. This allows multiple benefits for both AM General and the owner of the trucks. AM General will now be able to communicate all changes, recalls, updates, etc to owners directly and also will allow them to plan for future events, and other areas that impact the customer directly. Currently AM General is in a bit a of a guessing game of who has trucks where and how to serve their customers in the best fashion. For example when a group of our members were at AM General last in June, only 2 of the 13 H1s there were actually registered with AM General as the actual current owner so all communication about your vehicle has not actually been sent out to them, one was even me. Many owner are not even aware that they can still do this because the vehicle is used and not brand new, this does not matter, AM General cares about it's owners.

So CHC and AM General have put together a simple form for all our CHC H1 owners to fill in and we will submit this to AM General for them to update their records and make sure they are current. If you have never registered your truck with AM General before, here is the simplest process around.

Just fill in the form attached and email it back to me, or Message me for a faxed number.

thanks and let me know if you have any questions.

Yea they were very surprised how many H1s we actually have up here, they had no Idea, some of the trucks that visited with us last month had owner listed as being in Florida, New York, and my truck was in there records to someone up north! When they send our newsletter or customer information/company updates, I would guess that over 95% of us were never getting it. Only Liam and Eric were correct.Image
