Can you show some pics of the HVAC Relocation too? Any tips or difficulty moving the unit to replace the CD Changer?

The picture is already listed, the kit is only the bezel and a metal plate behind it for the HVAC, and it also included the new bezel for the three gauges and the radio, so basically I would suggest you just make it yourself from some plastic panels at Home Depot if you are handy.. I thought it was more at first.
As for the difficulty..my doghouse did not come with a CD Changer located in the doghouse, in 96 it was above not in doghouse, sooooooooo I used the new bezel and metal plate as a template and broke out the jigsaw and cut the hole to allow it to be relocated into the spot that most newer trucks would have the CD Changer. I believe if you already have a CD Changer in that location, you should not have to do any cutting at all.
this is a before (hope you can see it, it had the cigarette lights and a "light switch panel" installed where you normally have a CD Changer in the newer Doghouses)
and then the same photo from above..
