Best in the New Yeat to all.

Going to change my engine and thinking of buying a new one rather than rebuilding my old one.

My transfercase, transmission and radiator are new and the rest of the vehicle i9s in good shape.

Any suggestions for add on's. Improve milage, two wheel to four wheel drive, trans mission coolers ect ect.

Rad problems, over heated.

Toyed with conversion but leaning towards replacing with same type. Cheaper and with extra cash want to throw some extra improvements at it.

if you are going to swap it with another 6.5L you should look at the P400 series motor from GEP, a lot of improvements etc and most of the accessories from your current motor will swap over.

Big thing to make sure of when shopping for a new motor is that it will accept a center mount Turbo, the 6.5L blocks from the pickup trucks are designed for side mount turbos.

Check on warranty's, if you can get a 5 yr warranty go for it, Most rebuilders give 1 yr limited. With any conversion, you loose something, <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ngHead.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':banghead:' />
