H1 Rear Winch and Bumper Build

Just picked up a used M12000 Warn winch. As you can see in the pictures it looks pretty new, only the first maybe 8 feet of cable look like they have ever been used. No broken stands, or little prickly bits, a couple small kinks but the cable isn't crushed. Came to a couple controllers and both work. I was looking at some other brand winches that were about the same money new as this one was used, but thought it would be handy to have the same winch on the front and the back in case of a breakdown on the trail. Back up parts would be available and could be swapped out if needed.
The second picture is my initial concept of a new rear bumper I was going to fabricate to hold the winch and also update the look a little of the truck. With the 2 inch body lift that is on the truck the new bumper would be raised about 1.5 inches to sit level with the bottom of the frame rails, the rear hitch would also be raised to match. This would close up the body gap a little. The bumper would also be cut back behind the rear tires to provide a better departure angle while still protecting the body.
Let me know what you guys think.
