Haha, I saw that video

gotta say, great video you did!!

I like watching that kind of stuff, I noticed he removed the stack a piece at a time,

Roy and I pulled the whole stack, seemed easier. But that was my first time pulling a cooling system off.

Thanks, filming is easy - it's Serge who has to do hard work. I don't think there was a way to remove stack in one piece... might be diff model

Well, a few things up with this video, did not finish watching it...:
1-never put your hood right side up on a soft top... you can hear the sounds of fabric scratching. upside down is a lot better.
2-Rad stacks are mostly the same and can be removed as one.

For anyone else doing a duramax swap some useful information worth investigating

Easy method for a Harnesses: Ken Wolkens at standaloneharness.com
Fuel lines: the Duramax are 3/8 & 1/2" at the top of engine, drivers side on LLY, push on connectors, search Aeroquip they have a push on to AN fitting
TinMan for engine and trans mounts ( I have a set which I would like to try installing in the future to see how the fitment is)
Fan blade, take about 3/4" of the corner and round it off to avoid having it contact the air lift bracket
Upper coolant pipe:  HPG GEP 97370624
Aluminum rad and intercooler: Predator, other swap companies, or have built locally.
MAF pipe HPG 6015122
Coolant reservoir:  still working on this, likely custom is best option.
