Your H2

Post by dwaxman1 »

What have you done to your Truck, either by choice or because you had to??

For example..My list seems a bit long but...

  • Gibson Side Swept exhaust (completely skid plated so Tail Pipe does not pop off ;-) )
  • Gibson Headers
  • Airraid Air intake
  • Airraid Throttle Body spacer
  • Warn 10,000lbs Winch and Warn Custom Front Bumper
  • Gobi Full Roof Rack
  • New Torsion Keys to lift front end
  • Goodyear 37s MTR
  • Windows Tinted
  • Phillips 9007 HIDs
  • RubberDuck 4x4 Full Under Body Protection
  • compustar Remote Starter and Alarm ( alarmed worked when they tried to sell it a couple of times)

I am for sure missing stuff... this is why I am called Modzilla I guess <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... _ugeek.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ugeek:' /> <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... _ugeek.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ugeek:' />

I have not even mentioned all the Warranty work that was done so far.. Steve will have to help me with that list.. I think I have had three pitman arm changes, a couple of idler arms, water pump, steering shock, and a bunch of other stuff.. the extended GM warranty has done well for me! I Highly recommend it!!

Okay, nothing like Derek, but I have a few new items to put on the Hummer. I have an Airaid cold Air Intake with a Poweraid Throttle Body Spacer. I purchased some Invision DVD Headrests for entertaining the kids on long trips and the Xbox is next. Some chrome here and there and that is about it.

This list could get long winded but I will give it a shot.

-Custom 2inch suspension lift front a rear with factory air ride still functional

-Boulder Accessories Winch bumper with 9500lb Mile Marker Winch

-Relocated winch control plug to drivers side air box

-Interior winch controls for easy self recovery

-Custom mounted in dash CB Radio and factory looking CB antenna mount.

-Rubberduck Treehugger brush guard--The only one on a H2 in the world for the time beeing lol.

-Eaton E-locker in the front Diff

-Fabtech tie rods

-37 inch Toyo Open Country M/T's

-18 inch Mazzi wheels--time for new ones these are getting a bit of trail rash.

-Modded factory rock rails to extend out from the body 1 1/2 inches

-LE side steps

-XTC low profile light bar

-Limb risers

-Boulder accessories roof rack with mounted ammo cans (painted satin black to match rack) for recovery gear storage

-360 Degree Permiter lighting on roof rack.

-Custom mounted tool box stocked full of tools for the trail. This is located in the rear of the truck in the driver side window sill. I built a shelf out of the factory interior tire carrier.

I know I a missing some stuff but here is what is to come next.

-Staun internal beadlocks

-Rubberduck undercarriage protection.

-cognito front upper control arms. Then I can go 3 inches higher than factory in the front.

-New Shocks--not sure which brand yet.

-Rear winch bumper---Need to get Rubberduck to develop it just like I did the H2 Treehugger lol. If anyone else is seriously interested in this and willing to put $$$ down as a commitment on it email me.
