time to beef it up a little.. check out Rubber Duck 4x4 maybe they have some stronger parts then that cheap crap Queensway keeps putting on...

the build complete new front diffs for H2s that are not listed but very strong..not just the listed outside protection.

You might want to ask Kevin. He was telling me about how to rebuild a front diff to make it stronger. He even joked about getting into building performance front diff's that would be substantially stronger.

Kevin I can make you some serious parts that will never break unless you have HULK like proportions of anger management issues!
I was working on a new Cast Iron 8.5" front diff for the H3s, but never finished it, but it will match the rear for strength and give you a locker (E-locker, Auburn ECTED or Air Locker) up front and allow use of half ton axle shafts.
For the Transfer Case, there has to be some kind of interference or alignement issue that is not being noticed that is causing the repeated carnage. I would advise that it is time to scrap the OEM and go with a Stout Atlas 2-speed or 4-speed Transfer case and say bye-bye to your T-case problems!
Just some food for thought!
