Sugarphreak,
I know your feeling with Road Armor, had the same unhappy service when I ordered one years back for my Red Neck Cadillac (Chevy 4x4) and they did not send my order to the fabrication shop to have a receiver hitch mounted below the winch opening that I paid extra for and was too late once it was here.
They shipped me the wrong lights for in the bumper cutouts. They finally sent me the right lights and wanted me to ship the other set back which I somehow forgot to do on purpose <img src='

I also had rusting issues from poor preparation for the apparent powdercoating that started coming off in big flakes at the car wash.
I had to send it out to Line - X and they did a great job of sandblasting it, recoated my bumper and painted over the coating to keep the finish gloss black. It looks great now, get lots of comments on it and Always tell everyone that I like the bumper and bushguard but won't go back again.
They offered me 25% off when I got a quote for front and rear bumpers for my H2 but no longer shipped to Canada. Not worth playing that game again.
I went to Iron Bull instead and Jesse treated me well and asked if I would be interested in my H2 being shown on their website and shipped to an authorized dealer in Lacombe for me to pick up and they were great helping me with the install.
Hope you finally got yours recoated and you found a winch to fit.

I read a couple of stories online at a Ford and Toyota forum, but Kevin said he didn't have any problems with his H2 bumper so I wasn't really that worried about it. They seemed honest and upfront about it when I was dealing with them initially... the whole lifetime warranty thing was also appealing (Here I was thinking if I ever had a problem they would fix it... clearly that is not the case, I didn't even get a 60 day warranty out of them).
But yeah... never again. Terriable experience.
I dropped the truck off this morning for the fix
