lol, you are assuming that RA is willing to work with me!
Right now I am "waiting" for them to tell me what they are going to do about the powder coat... I guess I will send them a reminder tommorow that I am still alive <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... lleyes.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Re: H3 Road Armor Bumper Troubles
So Thursday marks ONE week since I have not heard from R.A.... for some reason they seem to "want to hear from their supplier" which I have nothing to do with...
I sent them an e-mail today; this went unanswered.
I am thinking about a new decal for the back window of my truck, something along the lines of this:

you need to change Road Armour logo from Metalic Blue to rusty brown red maybe have some pieces fall off.

I Didn't want to say anything but I was in the hopes that R.A had changed their ways, I've installed dozens on oilpatch trucks in town and most arrived to us the way you described, or welds were not penetrated well enough or even completed with rather large gaps in the bumpers. I'd been pusing most people here in Lloyd. that wanted an offroad bumper to use Fab Fours or Ranchand if they wanted, the worst I've had was to replace signal lamps in an F.F Bumper after a winter of heavy oilfield use and salt penetration, they warrantied it no questions asked.
Has anyone pushed/asked Fab Fours to make any Hummer bumpers?

We have an ARB Bull bar bumper winch mount it came with full instructions and bolts a little cutting and drilling were required. Only complaint was the foglights are a separate item no really biggy and the bumper is thicker than T-Max winch bolts allow so longer bolts required and the supplied marker lampbulb tend to blow both replaced with standard bulbs of same rating over euro style.18 months out no rust save where it got hit .
We waited over 2 months as ARB made sure they got it right rather that than have problems on truck.

Re: H3 Road Armor Bumper Troubles
Good news today; between RA and myself we have come to a compromise today.
No it doesn't include everything I was asking for; but it does include a large reimbursement amount, enough to be satisfactory.
