Re: H3 Road Armor Bumper Troubles
Something is better than nothing. Atleast Phreak got something and the rest of us got warned about Road Armor . Thank You Phreak. Everyone should give Product reports what's good what's bad and what's so so.

Re: H3 Road Armor Bumper Troubles
I have this bad feeling this isn't over yet.... there has been a re-occurring pattern of them asking a question... me answering, then getting no replies until a day or so later when I inquire as to why they are not proceeding with the reimbursement... and they pretend they didn't receive my answer. Then another follow up question... wtf <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /angry.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='>:(' />
I just don't understand what the point of this is, why can't they just finish this so I can get on my with my life!! arrrrggg!!

The powder coating quality of RA products has always been suspect. One of the guys at the Grayling Snow run had a front and rear RA bumper. Both of them literally had more rust on them than they did powder coat.

Sounds like the old infomercal shuffle you know money back if not satisfied in 90 days less shipping and handling ( in some cases 50% of cost) just return it ( more cost). Then wait sometimes they say we didn't get it back in time or at all. Other times it takes so long that they made the cost up in interest.

Re: H3 Road Armor Bumper Troubles
So I finally sent yet another reminder today asking if he got my e-mail from Monday and needed anything else to complete our agreement... this is what I got back;
<img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ey-013.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':wtf:' />
So... he never indicated how the reimbursement would be done, nor did he request any information such as a mailing address or to verify my credit card for a reimbursement.
Am I supposed to wait? Do I remind him for the 50th time? Everytime I wait I never hear anything back... is this just a never ending cycle of being brushed off?
I got this Nicolas, thank you.. this is all.. thanks again.

Phreak time to get Legal advice most will provide a free consultation. I know here in Ontario there is an implied waranty of usability and the heavy rusting should cause a fairly large settlement. Also if found at fault Road Armor would have to pay your legal costs.
