Phreak time to get Legal advice most will provide a free consultation. I know here in Ontario there is an implied waranty of usability and the heavy rusting should cause a fairly large settlement. Also if found at fault Road Armor would have to pay your legal costs.

The one thing my Credit card company said is that if I have an agreement with him for a refund (and I do have an agreement spelled out in an e-mail) and they decide to renege on it, they will have full legal authority to go after them.

I will give it another week I guess, I don't want to jump the gun if they put a check in the mail or have started processing the refund... although it would be a nice coutesy if they told me how they plan to reimburse the cost.

Still nothing... sent yet another follow up e-mail. <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... prised.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':whatever:' />

This officially marks two weeks since they agreed to a reimbursement... yet failed to give me any further information on how it would be processes or when.

Why not get them on the phone (hopefully they have an "800" number) and tell them you will hold until it's done.

my 800 number costs me .09 a minutes so just stay on the phone while you are working and hold.... at least you get the satisfaction of jacking their phone bill. Eventually they will get tired of hearing from you and hopefully do it!

Emails are simply ignore... GET ON THE HORN and MAKE them listen!!!!

I have invited them to call me on a number of occasions... they don't have a 1-800 number which makes it hard for me to try to call them. My work would have a fit if I placed a call to the states on the company phone, not sure how much my Cell phone would cost me though.

I am about this close to just calling a lawyer at this point... I have an agreement in writting now, my legal kunfu is strong.

Email them back to confirm that they sent it to the correct address and ask for a tracking number from USPS so that you can track it.
