Spotted a great deal on anyone looking for the GM underbody protection kit for the H3. I just bought one for about $300 Canadian, Teakatoys.com is asking $545.95 USD for the exact same thing, and even the similar RubberDuck4x4 product is $385.00 USD. It's a two piece kit with a cage for the transmission and transfer case.

They got them in stock and ready to ship, Ebay purchase. Ebay seller was excellent.

Ebay Link.

Personally I haven't seen many places that sell this part let alone stock it at a decent price... Pick one up before they're all gone!

Now if you could dimension it up and send a sketch,I am sure I could produce them for less. <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... _ugeek.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':ugeek:' />

Wouldn't the design of these get you hung up on things? I'd rather have a flat plate so you can slide over an object.

You might be right about getting hung up, but I'd rather be hung up than breaking something underneath which I have already done! I caught a big piece of wood which snagged on and broke the shifter cable, which certainly would not have happened if these were installed... Stuck 10k out on the trail and can't shift out of park! Not good is all I can say...

So for sure, these aren't the 'best' option out there but the price sure is right and they ought to do the trick! I have them at the house now I can tell you they feel pretty beefy, and I'm at least happy to have something protecting the transmission. Cheap insurance I figure.
