Well, I seen Southgate again has a white 3T up for sale:
http://www.autotrader.ca/used_cars_Truc ... berta&r=20
http://www.southgatepontiac.com/ou/edmo ... H3T/T33367
Would I still be in the clear to pull out the big boys with the 3.7 manual? I don't really wanna jump the gun just to have one. but I've been searching for a year, and this has everything I want but the Alpha's 5.3 V8, sunroof, and backup cam. Black on white, all I need is to level it and some 35's and I'd be happier than a pig in mud besides the power. What does a guy do?

You'll be OK for power if you just throw it into low range, I've pulled out an H2 or two with my H3 so you'd be just fine there. I feel your frustration though... These vehicles are 'nice-to-haves' and not 'need-to-haves' so I'm all for getting every freakin option you want! If the V8 is important to you I say hold out for it, but if your only worry is having enough power to pull a big truck out of the mud, you'll be happy with the 5 cyl!

If you can get traction you can pull them out, the gearing with the adventure package is pretty phenomenal.
Hmmmm, I am actually thinking about selling mine the last few weeks(for real) right now if you are interested, I already have 35's installed (and daystar torsion keys), plus that lemon bumper has a 12.5K winch and 100w xeonophot Roo-lights on it all professionally wired BTW. I would be looking for around 43K, although I am still kind of on the fence. It has been really nice having a 4dr truck handy around the house, but I would consider parting with it if I can cover my costs.

stay clear of Eastern Canada though due to the salt...[/quote]
While I can't argue with you about the salt, the Hummer dealer out here often imports hard-to-find trucks from the Southern US... salt free and in the showroom.
They were the first dealership in Canada to get a Hybrid Tahoe. GM wouldn't ship them to Canada so they just imported a couple from dealers in the States.

Re: Still Searching For An H3T
If you all read the Original post, I was looking for an Alpha because I pull a small tandem axle enclosed car hauler(2-3 motorbikes or 1-2 quads w/tools-parts) as well as pulling those big diesel guys out of the worst stuff on the way to a location.
phreak, its tempting, very tempting, AND I've been looking for a reason to road trip back to cow-town this summer... <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... tongue.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />
...but I'm really looking for it in white. ha ha ha!

Plaza Hummer, in Montreal, is liquidating Hummers now, I heard they have 8 trucks on their lot..4 new and 4 used..very good pricing, not sure if they have a H3T or not..

lol, I know... but I saw you eying up that white 5 speed in a follow up post so I thought I would mention it. If you end up changing your mind that price is pretty soft <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
I think a 5 speed would actually be ok for towing if it could be re-geared. I find there is so much extra room in the top end of the 5th gear and 1st just feels way too tall.
