Just wondering...
Did anyone install ARB Air Lockers on their HUMMER H3 without locking rear diffs?

Re: ARB Air Lockers
Yes I have already installed a set into a 2006 H3 base package for one of the members in the club. They work really really well and the install was fairly straight forward, the best part was that offroad they made all the difference. Things that used to stop his truck were now no issue what so ever.
If you need some contact TC he sells them and you will get a great price! Don't forget to ask him about the new dual ARB compressor, while worth the extra $$$.
Hope this helps,
Kev

Did you do it for the rear only or for the front also?

At the time that I did it only the rear ARB was available. However both front and rear are now available, the front diff is actually easier to do than the rear diff!

Where did you put the rear air lock and air compressor button? Can you show a picture of the dash and circle the area? Please?
Thanks!

Re: ARB Air Lockers
I never took any pictures of the install.
However, I placed the switches on the left side of the dash under the light switch on the lower dash panel. The next one I will do I will probably try and find a better more accessible spot either on the center console or on the upper dash, or even make a custom switch mount.

OR yet , find on Ebay the button bar that has the front and rear locker butotn from an alpha with adventure and connect the circuit to the appropriate button. That will keep the OEM look <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... >/wink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />

Yeah, but that's more complicated...

Yes that is where I put them. However the next time I will install them in the center console to the left of the cup holders, in a straight line. A little more routing of wiring, but a way nicer install! Another great place would be on the A-pillar of the windshield, this would be the Ideal place, but simply requires a bit more patience for a clean install, but it would be the best and safest place for the switches!!
