Johnny, if everything is done right you will have no problems!

You can use the Air-Doc with a Throttle body spacer but it reduces the remaining flexible areas, making a tight fit,you might need to 'trim' some plastic, other than that you need to program the ECM for it...which you should be doing for all mods anyways.

For the exhaust, I only found this one http://www.jagsthatr...OL-headers.html

And it won't work with a 4WD! If you have one that will fit for a Hummer H3, as long as it has all the same connections for the O2 sensors, then you simply need to make sure the ECM is recalibrated to take advantage of it...this is the only way to have no codes.

For the head bolts, even if they crack in the head, just use a MIG and weld a washer around the head of the bolt, then weld a nut to the washer, the heat will allow you to turn the bolt right out without any problems, I know I have done many, and never once had to pull a head for a broken exhaust manifold bolt! Note: This is an easy fix on Aluminum heads...DO NOT try this on Cast Iron Heads! For the CAT Back, I use a Gibson Stainles Steel Exhaust and Headers, mine has been on my H2 since 2006 and has had a very hard life and it is still great, expect for my exhaust tip which has been crushed multiple times! I would suggest a Gibson CAT back in place of the Magnaflow, more power, better mileage and less noise...but that is simply my 2 cents!

Best place for Custom Tunes is Wester's Garage, they have a dealer near Toronto; http://westersgarage...rg/ontario.html

Hope this helps,

Kev

Hey humman, some friendly advice: ditch the TB spacer. It actually does more harm than good. You will notice better mileage, smoother idle and crisper throttle response. This knowledge is from personal experience with the I5 3.7L in our H3T. The package you have with the snorkel and AirDoc would benefit from a ported and polished TB (about $140 US). Just take the 20 minutes and remove the TB spacer, drive it for a tank or 2. You will notice the difference. If you still think you need the TB spacer put it back on and all you lost was 40 minutes of your time. I think you will be happy you removed it. Most can't believe the difference and wish they never would have bought the "snake oil" TB spacer to begin with. I got suckered into it too. But learned my lesson.

The header I have not personally tackled. But some have tried with many thrown codes. The I5 OEM exhaust manifold has a cat built in (1 of 2 inline) therefore when you remove the OEM exhaust manifold and replace it with the header you only have the single cat. Most of the codes are thrown due to this fact. Also the cost to performance gain is not that great. Don't get me wrong, there is a pretty nice gain but not worth the expense and headaches in my opinion. Plus I think you have a 2010 so warranty issues with a header are also something to think about.

Also check out PCM4less. Once you have all of your 3.7 motor mods done contact Marshall there and talk to him about a tune.

Hope some of this helps ya.

Thanks MUTAINT,

To be honest, I had a doubt myself about TB spacer after I installed it... I hoped to hear it at least - but didn't even get that no matter how hard I push the gas pedal <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... /blink.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> ... I was reading mixed reviews about it before I bought it - but wanted to try myself for hundred something $.

As for the header... I appreciate your feedback... I am still reading/researching about it... and at this moment I think it would be the last thing I touch (if ever) and definitely after the warranty expires.

Are you refering to http://www.pcmforless.com, or there are other guys in Canada who is tuning?

Thanks again for feedback
