Oh man, the specialty tool list for this install is crazy! A 98mm hole saw is like 30$-39$, plus an adapter which is like 20$-28$. I don't have an air body saw either (which I think is a Dremel)I went to both Canadian tire and Rona and I had to put the stuff back because it was too much.
I will have to hit up Princess Auto tomorrow and see if I can get it for a reasonable price.

Install went well, it took me a couple of hours but I was careful not to damage anything and I continuously measured and remeasured everything, especially hole sizes and locations. It ended up going together flawlessly, a perfect fit.
Only thing I was a little bummed about is I ended up shearing all the paint off the base of the antenna trying to get it off. I just took the dremel and cleaned off any remaining paint for now so it was all the same bright metal color, lol. At some point I will have to get some black paint and touch it back up. I don't like the rivets either, I would have preferred black color self-taping screws for the tower mount.
I have to say it is very sturdy once it is on there!
Once I get it professionally detailed later this week I will post some good pictures.
For now, crappy cell phone pic:
