possible redesign done as the alpha's tend to destroy t case and the rest of the drive train if encoder fails. ie Rhino broke two gear teeth and stretched chain , shot gunned the case, twisted the right front cv shaft and destroied the front diff. All suspected encoder failure which was intermittent.

The T-Case is a totally different case than the non Adventure package H3, However it has been available since 2006 so it is a direct bolt-in, it should not affect the driveshaft lengths but not 100% sure on that one...never measured! The front diff will bolt right up and then you'll just have to run the wiring. The only difference between an Alpha diff and Non-Alpha diff is that one is cast iron the other is aluminum.  ARB does not make an Air locker for the front yet since it is a really weak diff!

Some of this was answered but I got a few pics so you know what your looking for.



2008 alpha front diff is cast no locker, locker cost about 800$ and the 4.56 gears will fit into a case that had 4.10 (from what Ive been told by good sources)

2009 BASE CA front diff, This is in all years and all models except 08 alpha, 09 alpha or adventure and 2010 alpha or adventure, they all are interchangeable with any year.
