I did some measurements beforehand, I should be ok for height to get back out of the garage, lol.

Today I yanked the skid plates, pulled the torsion keys and bars out, pulled out the bumpstops... but got stuck on the tie rod end links <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... ngHead.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':banghead:' />

Some of the bolts seem to be bent from stress, plus you have to jam an Allen key into the end to keep it from turning so that immediately takes using an impact gun out of the equation. Naturally the bloody thing starts stripping or just refusing to move. Really frustrating.

I plan to pick up some Allen key bits that will attach to my impact gun tomorrow and try that method. Otherwise it is the cut off wheel or drill for these and throwing them into the garbage.

I was hoping to get farther on it today, I really want to have it done on Saturday but at this rate it may not be. I might have to get a ride for our meet & greet <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... on_eek.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Ok, so I got the passenger side put back together now.... minus a shock, and an endlink bar... and the horizontal brace. <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... unsure.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' /> <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... rgreen.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
