E Smart Cars

Okay Toronto Hydro and BMW are leasing 17 Electric Smart cars for about 540 a month range is about 139 kms / charge which takes 3 to 8 hours and costs about 2 bucks. Speed is about 100 kph and car can lose 10 to 20% of its charge in cold weather. Talk about too expensive to get with real range fears.

Maybe I need to carry one of those in the truck instead of a spare.....
