frosty arrested

Hummer Evening News ... Today the Snowman Named Frosty was arrested for indecent exposure and flashing children. Frosty while guiding children in the downtown area was stopped by a traffic officer. Frosty at the time was wearing only a old top hat. Unfortunately Frosty melted while being proccessed.
