A local lady was so upset at speeders on her section of street she put up signs , voiced her opinion at public meetings and was interviewed by the local media.  Finally the Local police staged a media event to quiet her and started ticketing speeders. their first arrest was the lady followed by her husband.  She stopped complaining.
