Repair to the rear aux fan switch

I'm not sure if anyone has run into the problem of either the low-speed or the high-speed alone not working for the rear HVAC fan.
(my fuses were great and also my fan blowers I bought off Roy a few years ago so I know the motor was still good)
But my high-speed did not work on mine it was an on-and-off thing for a year (I took out the switch and opened it up it's a super easy job to realize the steel connection inside was just black, I dremeled all the black soot and everything works as it should all like new again just wanted people to know that it's an easy fix if either speed does not work on your HVAC and if it is your switch
I forgot to take pictures while I had it apart but it's super easy, the two small ends just pop off and you see a flat Little Rocker piece of Steel and that's it that just goes up and down
