A rough parts list for the front end so far...
 
New lower control arms
Re used upper control arm with new bushings
Shim packed alignment buckets and shims--gets rid of the cam adjusted alignment which tends to move under a workout
New #70 shocks
New plow springs
New sway arm bushings
New tie rods--maybe have to check play and seized adjustment sleeve
New idler-maybe have to check play
New pitman-maybe have to check play
Rebuild steering box due to broken mounting bolts
New hub seals--input,output,ctis
Custom death wobble elimimater -- under reconstruction for resale --been tested in the worst off road areas on 2 trucks--Proven effective

Looking great! I am going to need to give it a good bath once she is home so the rest of her looks almost as good as the art your putting on her!

Yeah I use to abuse it alot, this go around will be different... I likely still will wheel it but only 1-2 events a year if that and even then I will be gentle with it, I use to wheel it pretty much every weekend. Thankfully now I have a few Suzuki's that I use for wheeling and my Hummer will be babied.

Yeah I use to abuse it but all that is changing its going to be babied now.. and my Suzuki's are going to get the abuse.

Well the front is almost done, started the rear disassembly today.   I think I should have taken the day off. Every major bolt seized on the right side....No blood but very sore. Grinders were out, bolt presses, and even the extended johnson bar.,
Finally got the right apart.  Another day for the left.....
