First off, I'm not doing it. I am more so curious.
I have 40s under a stock truck. And never any issue. I was kind of wondering would 42s fit under there if it was strictly a street Queen.
Or is it necessary for at least a 2in body lift?
I was just thinking it's only an inch in circumference for the height from center, per side and seem like it would fit?
Lol, Or maybe I just think too much, haha.

Re: Biggest tire?
With 42" tires i believe you will have rubbing issues if not just sitting still definitely driving around(any pot hole etc could cause you damage). I would recommend a body lift before going up to 42's.
The 1" doesn't seem like much but you are already pushing it with 40's as it is.

Re: Biggest tire?
Cliff is correct, tire could rub on hood if you go up a curb...but street queens do not do that...drive error..
