Lathe or mill. Now all you have to do is find someone/ somewhere to do it for you.

you should of asked me for 17" h1's - i got a genuine used set from 2002 with ctis system. i may trade them for your 16.5 set plus cash if interested! let me know!call me

These rims stock 1 pc rims, I have a few sets of 16.5 just sitting around that I can part with..
