Re: Alberta September Trail Run

Post by Sugarphreak »

Sorry guys I am out for this... I've got some something that came up I need to deal with this weekend.

On a side note... they apparently only just yesterday sent my fenders out for coating, they havn't told me anything over the phone about if they have fixed the dent or repaired my windshield... so I assume they have been averaging 1 fender removal per week. Considering I was expecting it back on the 2nd I am really starting to get pissed about this.

If they havn't fixed the dent or painted yet I am considering just having it towed somewhere else to get the work done... but where is a good question, seems like I get this half-ass service wherever I go in Calgary

I hope I am wrong, but they have had it so long the registration is about to expire so I need to go slap a new sticker on the plate... I guess I will find out how far along they are at that point.

Any suggestions on what I should do?

Sweet thanks,

I will hopefully get a good look at the truck after work tomorrow, if they havn't done anything on it I will be calling you for that name. Because the fenders are off I will probably have to have it put on a flatbed though.

I seriously hope I am over-reacting; it would be good if they are all done the body work and paint when I show up to slap the plate sticker on. I am almost having anxiety attacks with my new rims sitting at home waiting to be mounted... if it is just sitting there with no work done and it's fenders removed I might spaz out a bit.

LOL

Now it's been a while so I will admit some of the details are fuzzy... but as I remember it...

When Dave broke down I got in my F-18 and launched from the back of my H3 and went for help. We were thousands of miles from civilization so I had to return with no help but I did clear us a path with my sidewinder missiles. Basically I slammed a quick protein shake and hauled the H2 on my bare back all the way into town...

That's what I've been telling everyone?!??! (Full Disclosure: this entire memory is a montage that plays to Eye of the Tiger)

Sucks on your repairs dude... I dunno if they're making progress on it but you've come this far (or at least waited this long) with them so it's a tough call...

So someone will be at the Tim Hortons in Cochrane from 9:00 - 10:00 AM? I've not yet been out there yet, so I'm going to need someone to take me out there from Cochrane.
