Hello all....well after many headaches and arguing with Dave and Busters to accommodate our group.. we have decided to change venues.Dave and Busters did not want to work with us, and wanted many things to make this happen.. I do have to thanks Ron for all his patience to try and make this happen at Dave and Busters but with the growing and uncertain amount of members attending has made this difficult to plan and Dave and Busters wants an all or nothing, meaning we would have to pay 50% up front, rent a room, have a buffet, and the price would all be $40+ each, including the kids and that does not include drinks or games tokens..so even after asking Adrian to try and assist with negotiations, they are still not willing to work with us, we have made a decision to walk away from them.

So the new Venue will be the Mandarin Restaurant Flagship store in Brampton, this is the Biggest and best Mandarin there is and for those that have eaten at Mandarin, you all know that they have something for everyone, they will also accommodate all together so we do not have split up and eat at different times and the prices are good, $26.99 for Adults and half price for Kids ages 5-12.

Here are the details:

Location:

Mandarin

238 Biscayne Crescent

Ontario, L6W 4S1, Brampton

905-451-2222

http://www.mandarinr...com//findus.asp

it is just off Highway 410 at Steeles ave

We have the "Fish" room reserved and the reservation in under the Canadian Hummer Club name

Date and Time:

Saturday, November 19th at 4 pm

The great people at the Mandarin know how to book a reservation and how to deal with us, and will easily accommodate us all.

i think James needs an alignment! That fish-eye lens makes the H1s look bent out of shape. <img src='http://www.canadianhummerclub.com/forum ... rgreen.gif' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />
