Hello all... We are working on this very hard.. please watch here for news.. as the amount is growing quickly, it is very hard to make a reservation for a concrete number and if we over book, CHC will have to pay the difference. We are also working very hard with Dave and Busters as the original number that Ron was working with was only 12 and now this has expanded to almost 40+ but again this is not confirmed, Dave and Busters does not do "off the menu" reservations for groups of that size nor do they have capacity in their dinning room for that many people, therefore we are now having to try and secure/book a private room, and also now look at a Buffet still dinner. Splitting the groups in to two separate seating was not really an option and if we go over the 40 member mark, we would then need a third. We hope to have some resolution to this and be able to still accommodate our crew but the costs for everyone are going up.. we are now looking at a cost of approximately $35 a person, kids included, and that does not include Drinks or any games tokens....

As we said we are working hard to have Dave and Busters work with us but this has not been easy and we do thank Ron for all his efforts he has put into this to make it happen..



If we can not make this work with Dave and Busters, we do have a plan B and are locking that in as well and we are sure they will work with us and make it happen..we hope to have final details here this evening..

this parking lot is huge it has several large stores restuarants and even an AMC multiplex. ( Its used by the Maple Cruisers for a Car Show Monday nights in the summer) so loads of dividers and lot logs around.

Hello all....well after many headaches and arguing with Dave and Busters to accommodate our group.. we have decided to change venues.Dave and Busters did not want to work with us, and wanted many things to make this happen.. I do have to thanks Ron for all his patience to try and make this happen at Dave and Busters but with the growing and uncertain amount of members attending has made this difficult to plan and Dave and Busters wants an all or nothing, meaning we would have to pay 50% up front, rent a room, have a buffet, and the price would all be $40+ each, including the kids and that does not include drinks or games tokens..so even after asking Adrian to try and assist with negotiations, they are still not willing to work with us, we have made a decision to walk away from them.



So the new Venue will be the Mandarin Restaurant Flagship store in Brampton, this is the Biggest and best Mandarin there is and for those that have eaten at Mandarin, you all know that they have something for everyone, they will also accommodate all together so we do not have split up and eat at different times and the prices are good, $26.99 for Adults and half price for Kids ages 5-12.
