I might be considering this over the Beyond run

Well it's that time of year and figured what better time for a multi-club run. The run will take place west of Caroline. We will be wheeling and at some point picking out your Christmas tree if that is you want one, you can just come out for the wheeling. Make sure you get your permit http://www.srd.alberta.ca/Recreation...g/Default.aspx
Depending on turn out from some of the other clubs there is a possibility that the group will be split into two for ease of travel. If that is the case there will be an easy trail and a more difficult one.
Date and Time: Sunday December 11th 10:15am
Meeting Location: GTI in Caroline
Who's Leading: Myself plus one other if two groups are needed
Who's Tail Gunning:
Expected Number of Trucks:
Expected Time of Return: Hope to be off trails at 5:00pm but could be sooner or later depends on how things go.
Radio Channles (CB, FRS, VHF):CB 7, FRS 7-0
The Trail Name:
Difficulty Expected: Easy - Moderate (if there is one group it will be easier, if there are two one easy group one moderate one)
Equipment Needed: Recovery gear the basics. If you have a winch and no tree saver you won't be using it. Proper clothing, food and water, something to start a fire with. Some of us will have chainsaws.
CT4WD Courses Needed: None, just remember this is a multi club run so you will be representing your club so professional behavior is expected meaning no drinking on the trails.
RSVP List:
Notes: Stock vehicles are welcome however off road tires are a bare minimum. We are expecting snow out there on trails that we will most likely be the only ones on them. There will be different makes of vehicles so we are expecting to take some hits on both sides as far as razzing goes.
This is intended as a 4x4 community building event and more importantly a family event where you can go out and get yourself a tree for the holidays.
If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Feel free to throw out an invite if there is a club or group you want to invite. Just follow the main points put out in this post.
