I have this on my calendar for May 30. Is this still the planned date??
I cant make the rain date June 6 so i'm hoping the 30th is a go.

Roy, please note that the permit I'm getting for the event is based on having a regular bar b q. If you have a caterer I need to know asap to modify the permit.
