Wow, that Terry Harvey guy sounds like a complete ass-hat! Sorry you had to deal with such an incompetent person.
On the plus side that Overdrive place sounds like a really good place.

Wow, talk about crappy customer service. So they don't even seem to give a crap, or want to acknowledge they sold a USED shock?? I mean at the least this should have been mention as to how that can happen? I just can't get over that place. <img src='

Overdrive sounds like a better place... as it stands CHC should be at Ribfest on the 16th. But maybe those that can't make it down to RF could hit Overdrive.

One more feather to go in Paul's hat I ordered another set of shocks instead of me having to go to Vaughn again he offered to deliver himself to my door to save me a trip!!! He is going to the casino for a visit or using me as the reason to go there but the fact is he is saving me a trip down what a way to win my business now that is customer service!!!!
And yes strongly suggest if you are not going to Ribfest stop in and see him for a free BBQ and a chance to win 200.00 or even 100.00 Gift Cert
Cheers
John

Those guys are incompetent. I have never had a pleasant experiance with these guys. I used to own a jeep and checked them out. Guy at the desk seemed like he didn't care at all, unimpressive customer service, also extremely overpriced on pretty much everything. In short I wouldn't trust/deal with them for a shitty jeep there is no way I would remotely consider using them for absolutely anything on my H2
