He will tell you . So unbelievable and unprofessional. Rude to say the least . Never deal with them again .. EVER ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER ! The other day i was surfing and a comment caught my eye on the F-150 or ford truck ( Canadian ) forum . They were complaining about them also ..

Well, if it makes anyone feel better.... I LOVE my new Rancho's!! I won't buy anything else now and am totally sold. I love being able to adjust from street to offroading! When on the trails... I feel like I'm floating over the bumps! They are awesome!!

Side note.... Stay away from Bilsteins.... Garbage!! I only got a year out of them before they fell apart and seized....

Good luck!

I was pretty much ready to give those guys my money for some new tires. I got the impression the guy didn't like Hummers by his attitude on the phone like i was bugging him or it was too much hassle and later when i tried to order the tires i sent several emails for my specific order and never got an answer back.

Sometimes people are just rude because its a power trip.

My last email i told them they would never get my business again. Waste of time unless you own a jeep!!!

Lots of other places to do business!!!

It is a sad situation when a business not only turns away business, but does it in such a ugly way. Jeep shops seem to forget not everyone drives a Jeep, many pick-ups and other SUVs become 4x4 vehicles... they lose a lot of potential business.

We have a new Jeep shop here in St.Catharines, my son stopped in there... they seemed pretty good, he said they can order a lot of hummer items, they just don't have them in store, just let him know what we need. Haven't tested that yet, but it has potential.
