A very selfish thing done to give other Hummer owners a bad name.
Does any one know whose this H3 belongs to?

Every group has bad apples. They can only be defeated with an over abundance of good press ie In 2011 the Canadian Hummer Club was a co-sponcer of "Toy Mountain" CTV Toronto's toy drive We had Hummers and club members at the Openning and the Closing events. This included the Christmas Hummer which is Rhino with over 300 led lights and wreaths on him. Or just stopping to render assistance at a break down.
