H1 shake after change to half shafts
Hello everyone please help me out here on my h1 I change from stock shafts to heavy duty half shafts now it’s start shaking so bad when I drive slow so then someone’s told me about differential center kit bought it took it to couple people they had no idea what to do one guy told me it’s not what I need I need to know who is the best mechanic shop I can go to get it work done on my H1 so pls let me know thx

If you changed from the stock shafts to the HD shafts you would've also needed to replace the upper gear in the hub. I have never heard of any vibrations resulting from the conversion. Did you make sure that all the inner flanges are flush to the discs and output shaft? That is the only thing that could cause a vibration like you mention.
A diff centering kit would be good, but your two new front shafts now become useless and you would need to purchase 2 more new HD rear shafts.
Check with MONK, he should be able to suggest a good Hummer Shop in BC.

What shafts did you put in?? ECV or humvee??
ECV have a different size alignment diameter on the rotor.
Possibility of dirt or mis-aligned parts when installed....
Did you put in 3 different lenght shafts?and outer bolts are secure?
jack up vehicle and see if you can see a wobble in the areas you played with.
Reply with what you find.....
