37" Off road tires & Rims

Hey There,
Does anyone is Western Canada have, or know of, a set of 4 37-13.5 rims & tires with a zero (or close to it) offset for an H2. Or a set of tires - same size for 17" rims?
Looking for used until I sell one of the Hummers so I know which one I have to play with...
