Those stock Hummer mids and tweets must be pretty decent, I'm another guy who has kept them! (For now) I'm running a single DIN Pioneer head unit which I want to swap out for a double DIN touch screen, 400 watt RMS Kicker amp runnin those stock mids and tweets(and even amped up like that they still sound good to my ear) And a 1000 Watt RMS Kicker running two Kicker 12's in a ported enclosure.

I haven't upgraded the alternator, and there is no need to add a second batery, unless you want to extend your listening time with the engine off. My lights were dimming quite a bit so I installed a 5 farad capacitor right inline in front of those amps, fixed that right up!

The 1000 watt Kicker sub amp comes with a remote for cranking the subs up or down so I can let er buck when its just me cruisin, but keep the wife happy too! She says this is what heavy bass does to her head!?The H2 is definitely in heart palpitation mode when she's not with! I'll post some pics once get my amp rack built. I was to excited to get everything up and running to see how it sounded and under the rear seat looks like a giant snake pit right now!

I figured I'd ADD my 2 cents to this post as well.

I've added a bit of an Audio System to my H2 as well.

Here are just a couple of pics
