Designed the front baffle and then began the process of CNCing it one layer at a time.

Did an initial test cut out of 1/4mdf just to make sure all is good and that subs fit well.


Here is the 1/4" test cut baffle.

Then on to the fun part.

The baffle is going to be a total of 4" thick , 4 layers with each layer being 1".

Finished cutting the pieces of the port last night.

If need be more will be cut.

Final piece of the puzzle came in recently.
I decided to change up the charging system.
 
NEW SET UP will consist of the following
 
-SINGLE 270a alternator for the 12v side of the vehicle and audio system
 
-3 370a alternators for the 14v portion of the audio system.
 
-QUAD ALT bracket 
 
-3 external voltage regulators to adjust the charging of the 14v batteries
