Where did you get the washer/pump reservoir? Mine crapped out.

I got it on eBay from the US. Jaw Military is the actual company on the packing slip. My old unit had the part number on it so it was easy to search. Be aware there are two versions. The old one I have has pump and reservoir as one part. The newer version has a separate pump and reservoir so you can by only what you need. Also make sure it's 24 volt if you have the Humvee and that it has the military connectors in it.

I already bought a keyed switch, but insurance was actually the easiest thing to get so far. I have a leak at the filler connection which is just hard to reach. I had to buy a two foot long screwdriver since whoever put it on put the clamp at the worst angle for accessing it.

Actually, Every vehicle has those same clamp issues.Remember whatever is easier on the assembly line is what is most important...not us guys who have to fix it after!

I put in my keyed ignition switch and managed to tighten the filler line after loosening off the tank straps and prying the tank over a half inch. I bought a 24 inch long screwdriver to get the clamp, but I managed to get a 5/16 1/4drive socket on it with 5 extensions. I got almost two turns on the clamp so I think we are good to go. I just realized there are a bunch of screws missing which hold in the windshield trim, and they are not quite a 10-32 thread but close to it. It is supposed to be a gm part so I hope I can find some at Napa or CTC. P/N 9414241
