Take heart easiest way to comlicate something is to let a government run it.

I used to run a machine that cut rolls for Lotto machines in Ontario (1988-1991) the instructions looked like a small phone book.

Meanwhile Radix rolls (handheld parking ticket printers) gave us a page and a gauge. P.S olg used about 2 million rolls at 500+ feet per roll just for lotery (6/49 and Ontario) so play on.
